Cassie Schindler is a Certified Mindfulness Educator and 50-year practitioner of Eastern meditation who brings both deep expertise and personal insight to her work. After a 25-year career as a Fortune 500 executive and her own healing journey with multiple sclerosis, Cassie trained for six years in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical Center.
She now devotes her life to delivering impactful wellness programs and coaching individuals.
